Individual Consultation

The beginning of any design journey. In this consultation, we discuss the potential the space has, and how to achieve it through such solutions of furniture placement, color and lighting. Marisa gives suggestions on sources and how to achieve the desired look. No design conversation is off limits, we can discuss custom windows treatments to countertop options. This consultation is a great option for someone planning a remodel, looking for a fresh look for the space or if you are a DIYer wanting some design advice.

All-Inclusive Design

Are you looking for more of someone to do it all for you? Allow me. In this design package, I design two different options of one space, incorporating specific requests from the client while giving timelines and budgets. In these packages, I take care of all the sourcing of products, ordering materials and oversee their arrivals. I am present for deliveries and installations with constant communication throughout the entire process. As items arrive, the design begins to come together with each item going in its specific location and the accessorizing starting.

Designer for a Day

Is your home mostly complete or in need of a pick me up, have a curated eye bring it all together? This plan is for you. Marisa and the homeowner spend the day redoing a space in the home, from a shopping trip accumulating accessories and artwork to an afternoon turning that spare bedroom into your new sanctuary. Having trouble choosing fixtures for the bathroom, or need a tile design that will bring it all together, we will use your time wisely! Great for DIYers, new homeowners, or as a gift certificate to a loved one. 6-hour limit.

Staging for Sale Consultations

Your home has served you well, now it is time for someone else to love it. Buyers cannot see past your personal items, let’s talk about how to clear out and make the home feel fresh and inviting through the use of furniture placement, paint colors, and accessories.
